Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Thanks for your reply. I have done all those things you mentioned above before posting in this forum. Still can’t figure out what’s the issue. I am using twenty-one theme. My rankmath is a free version and updated Ver:1.0.110.1. Your free version allows only one schema. And I am using article schema. Is this the reason FAQ doesn’t work, because of free rankmath and the limitation of using schema? Because other schema plugin works perfectly.

You currently have Schema and Structured data plugin enabled and it is preventing our plugin from adding the Schema to your site. Please disable it so we can check this further.

Note: The only reason I am using Schema and Structured data plugin is that rankmath faq schema not working.
