Ranking super low google search

    Hello, I have recently launched my first site woop woop, took me months haha and I wasnt even coding just using wp lol. Anyway I got on google search console yesterday and im appearing in google search, however I believe im super super low ranking. I havent even had 1 page view 🙁 not the launch I hoped for haha. I would like to hope that perhaps google is still crawling my site and things will improve? Im not sure tho since I can access search console and I do rank on google search.

    I would love any advice or tips. I thought my seo etc was fairly good, but perhaps not? I am trying to rank my products for ethical t-shirt, ethical shirt, sustainable shirt, sustainable hoodie etc.

    Thanks so much guys, sorry this isnt formulated very nicely, I am just kinda frantic right now haha i wanted to celebrate with wine but dont feel I deserve it aha.

    One really basic question: What have you done to promote your site? There are zillions of sites out there and it’s your job to sell the site. Unless you have a really, really, big budget to buy ads, don’t count on Google search rankings.

    Thank you kindly for your reply, although I do now feel a bit embarassed. I assumed SEO alone would be enough to atleast rank top 10 pages especially since sustainable clothes is rather a niche. I have just today launched social media. I guess I was niaave to assume google would bring in an organic click or two to my site haha. Thank you
