Rank not updating

    My users are showing that they have earned the next rank on their user page, but the ranking show earners page is not updating to show them under the correct rank.

    Is there a way to clear the cache so they load into the correct place or will this resolve itself?

    About the “ranking”, do you mean a “leaderboard” from our Leaderboards add-on?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
