we are using avada theme and have own avada page builder
external links count perfectly in other post but did not work in latest post

We checked on our end and the external links test is working fine with the Avada builder. Can you please confirm if you are adding the links directly to the content using the text block or using some other widget or a template? Please also share the URL of the affected post.

We just had a look at the page you shared, and it seems that the only external URLs present in the post content are from Instagram and are inside a button.
Just to test if the buttons are included into the Content Analysis API implementation of Avada, could you please add a link into a piece of text on the page and link to an external resource, even if just temporarily, and check if that triggers the test?

Unless those links are added to the text inside the post content our plugin will not be able to recognize them.
Your test, where you added links in the content already showed that this feature is working provided that you are setting those inside the post content and as actual links.
