Random Strong tags in the Code

I think this popped up from the latest update. On the home page, there are random strong tags wrapping around the code. It’s only on that one page (that I’ve seen so far) but I don’t even use strong tags there. It’s not in the original code nor can it be found in the editor. The strong tag is wrapped around the entire footer and a part of the posts. The footer is okay but I can’t even click on the links for those posts.

I’ve spent hours googling and deactivating plugins to no avail.
