Random Pin Placement/Location

  • robintracypr

    @robintracypr

    We currently have almost 600 pins on our map. All but one has pinned to the correct location without a problem.

    This one, regardless of the address we attach to it, pins to a random location in Europe. When we go in and correct the address, a different pin will move over to take the place place of the corrected one so that a pin is, again, in Europe.

    It’s as if the app “wants to put a pin” in these two places.

    Ideas? Thanks!

  • puh – strange behaviour – have no clue why this occurs. Did you perhaps change IDs in the database manually? this is the only thing that comes into my mind and could have an effect on this…

    Good heavens…I wouldn’t even begin to know if we did this (it would have been an accident). Is it a change associated with a pin, a layer, the layered map or in general settings? Thanks!

    cant say that – your issue would need deeper investigation to see whats going on
