    Any idea why, since the latest update, there would be a random number “2” in the gray bar above the featured posts by the footer? This shows up on inspection:

    <div class="latest">2</div>

    Hey there,

    Please post a link to your site. Thanks!

    Site is indiearchives.com but I altered code so it does not show. Thank you.

    I have the same problem, but I don’t know how to edit the code.

    My site is http://josetijam.com/

    The footer shows a number “1”. This post is the first result when I googled “Point theme and random number on footer”.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Hey @realtorinlosangeles,

    As a general rule, you should start a new thread instead of posting in an older one. Please keep this in mind in future.

    For now, please install and activate Advanced CSS Editor plugin and add the following custom CSS:

    .frontTitle{
        display:none;
    }

    This should do the trick 🙂

    Thank you sir, I’ll give that a try.

    It might be helpful to provide a step-by-step process.

    Add the plug in above, there will be directions on how to alter your css with it. Basically once the editor is open you can just paste in the css above and you should be good to go. I forget in this theme, but most themes have a css editor where you can add custom css to override settings in the design. You can usually find this in the “appearance” section in the sidebar, listed as “theme settings” or something like that.
