If you have just two quotes, what else can you expect?
Actually Srini there are 20 quotes in the collection, all marked public. Can you provide some help so I can get them to show up widget and randomize? Thank you.
Do you have a value for the ‘character limit’ option? Just remove the value and see if all quotes show up. If the problem still persists, contact me directly and we’ll see what we can do to sort it out.

If I assign the tag of “all” to a quote and then tell the widget to only show that tag it seems to work, but assigning a tag to all quotes and setting the widget to show those doesn’t seem like it solves the underlying problem. Any thoughts on this?
Apparently, this has to do with some MySQL configurations using the same seed value for RAND(). It’s same as the situation described at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8077828/order-by-rand-not-working
I will update the plugin shortly so that the plugin handles this situation.
