"Random" email recipients?

Hi.
I was wondering if it`s possible to have the contact form send to a “random” recipient.

Like if i have: A@test.com, B@test.com and C@test.com
And i want to have the contact form sending to just one of these at the time.
(Randomiser?)

So A, B and C would get 33,3% of all the emails each.

..any idea on how to approach this?
