 * I would like to create unique coupons for each customer and spendable only once
   per customer; the coupon should be generated for orders over $100 and then an
   email should be sent to the customer with its code and period of use; the coupon
   should be valid and used on a certain date
    Do you know a plug in? Anyone can
   help me, thanks
