# Random Code Added to Database (no hack)

 * Can someone help me with this my host Network Solutions (Web.com) told me that
   we have random code in our database that has increased the bandwidth and therefore
   causing the following problems.
 * 1. cannot login to dashboard (refresh but cannot see dashboard) No password error
   
   2. cannot access restore or dadabase files

 * Those are pretty big problems! How does Network Solutions know you have random
   code in the db? Do they have a sample of the code? Do you have a backup or does
   GoDaddy have a backup of the db?
