Random ads not changing on Firefox and IE

    I just noticed this … On my sidebar (all pages) the 2 bottom ads under the stationary Marketplace ad changed in the past when the browser was refreshed. Now the ads only change in the Chrome browser.
    Can you help me? The site is hosted over at WP Engine.

    Just an update: If this particular plugin uses a special cookie, WPEngine needs to know the exact name of the cookie in order to exclude it.

    Hello Eric,

    All in Widgets
    The 1st ad:
    Support small American Businesses

    2nd text widget: [dfads params=’groups=16255&limit=1′]
    3rd test widget: [dfads params=’groups=16254&limit=1′]

    In the past I used this: [dfads params=’groups=16255&limit=1&orderby=random’]

    You should also add &return_javascript=1 to your shortcodes so that caching doesn’t prevent the rotation from happening.

    Thanks so much Eric, for the help and the quick reply, the below with the javascript is what I needed.
    Thinking about adding a store to the site… Is there a filter that can be installed so that I am only selling USA made goods?
    Either way I want to buy you a beer or coffee, How do I do that?

    Hi Steve

    Glad it’s working now!

    If a product contains a string like “made in the usa” or a variation of that, then you can search based on that keyword phrase. One caveat though, our plugin doesn’t work with WPEngine.
