    Hi,

Is there anyway that we can fix this fully or can the support look into the website and investigate the problem?

I am randomly getting 404 error. If I save the permalinks website work fine but after some time the 404 error returns.

Can you please look into the website and tell me what is causing this problem? and how we can prevent this?

    Thank you.

    Hello, @noumannaseer

    Sorry for keeping you waiting!

Please make sure that your courses were properly translated into other languages.

For this, please go to MS LMS -> Courses and select a required course. After this, please ensure that this course was duplicated to other languages Screenshot

The translated course will appear in MS LMS -> Courses -> your language Screenshot. Then you need to ensure that the content of the course was also translated into the required language. After translating the course content, please resave permalinks and make sure that the Post Name structure is selected – Screenshot

For more information, please check the plugin documentation about WPML Compatibility – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/additional-features/wpml

    Best regards

I fully understand what are you trying to tell me. I have checked the courses as you instructed and everything is fine. but the 404 error is still there. Like I said before, website work fine for 5-10 min if I re-save the permalinks but after that the 404 error returns.

The other issue is few of the courses are going to lesson page directly instead of course page or it is going to product page.

Lets say my website URL is example.com/ and language URL is /et
and the course name is XYZ.

So the URL should be example.com/et/courses-et/xyz.

But instead of opening the URL it is going to example.com/et/products/xyz

So is there anyway to fix this?

    Hi, @noumannaseer

As you mentioned in the previous reply, this case occurs after a certain time – “website work fine but after some time the 404 error returns.”
LMS performs functions stably and should not change its values after a certain time.
Volatility is not a weakness of LMS, as functions are static, which is not the case with Cache or SEO plugins that can affect such cases. As you can see, the /courses-et slug has changed to /products. Please make sure you don’t have such plugins installed that might affect redirects and permalinks. Please temporarily deactivate third-party plugins and check this case again.

    Best regards.
