I am considering buying web hosting from namecheap because they have really good prices and from what I can tell good uptime as well.

They offer a stellar hosting plan with 20GB SSD, 3 Websites, 300,000 inodes first year $17.28 then $33.88 after that which is very good pricing I think.

They also offer a stellar plus plan which is unmetered SSD, unlimited websites, 300,000 inodes which is going for $29 first year then after it is $57 which again very good pricing I think.

The downside is the ram. the regular stellar plan has 1GB physical memory limit and can burst up to 4GB 20% cpu limit with burst up to 100%.

stellar plus has 2GB phsyical memory and can burst up to 6GB 40% cpu limit with burst up to 200%

My question is simple which plan is best to go for, I also intend to have a html based website as well. How much ram does wordpress need.
