Yes, this is possible to be created using the plugin. You can use the dynamic URLs functionality of the plugin as detailed in the Usage Manual for this

                   	    <div class="txt"><input name="lccp_pnrno1" type="text" id="lccp_pnrno1" /></div>
                        <div class="txtfld_pnrbtn"><input type="submit" name="submitpnr" class="pnrsts" id="Signup" value="PNR Status" />

i also want to use this plugin to my website PNR Status

I was also looking for the same plugin, but somehow i manage to work the app for fetching the pnr status. I used the same app for displaying the train schedule as well as the flight status also.

If you need any info regarding the codes which i have used to get this results displayed, please write to me or visit my website for the code details.
