• So, I bought a year of this app. It didn’t do much at all. I’m sure it had features I didn’t use, but for my purposes it didn’t do anything that the free version didn’t do. That isn’t my complaint though…

    After my year purchase, apparently it auto renewed. I’m sure that was in a fine print somewhere but I didn’t intend to renew. The DAY it renewed, they autodebited a whopping $240 from my bank account. I emailed them immediately asking for them to cancel and refund, and they couldn’t even be bothered to say no- they just literally didn’t reply.

    So I’m out $240 for something that wasn’t helpful to begin with, I don’t use or want, and frankly, I didn’t purchase.

    Feels like theft and is not a good look.

    I checked and we did receive your request on May 19th and our team responded that same day and again on May 23rd.

    We also responded to you via PayPal. We also reached out to you today by email as well.

    Can you please verify that these emails aren’t going to your spam folder and if they are, then please mark them as not spam so future emails go to your inbox.

    Hi @vschleich,

    Yes we used that Gmail address which is the only email we have for you. We didn’t get any error when sending to that address so the email was delivered according to our information.

    That does not help.
