I am relatively new to WordPress but am playing around with the idea of possibly using WordPress to replace the existing (highly-outdated) website for a local radio show. One thing I’m stuck on is handling playlists. The current site uses a static page listing the songs played each week. I would like something more advanced where people can search by artist or title (in addition to seeing everything that was played for a particular week). Advanced features such as links to artist websites, etc. would be nice but not necessary. I was initially thinking of using TablePress due to its flexibility and ease of use, but it doesn’t make sense for something as simple as a weekly playlist for a two-hour radio show.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be accomplished? I do have some database and PHP experience but really don’t have the time to figure out how to build a custom setup like this myself.
