I work with elementor and astra. And i have no idea why some simple things dont work.
I can check a box, but not a radio field (round one), ive tried to submit my form and it does work, its just not visable/colored when checked.
Maybe related is that buttons are not visable, here fore i also asked for help and i was advised to put a code into my exra css in customizer to add color to a button. This works for buttons, but i never can change color on buttons with forms. When removed, the radio box still does not color, and the button disappears.

But now, how do i make a check box for radio visable?
Ive tried other contact forms like ninja, form 7, wp forms etc… they all show the checkbox, only forminator does not ‘color’ it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lisettejager

    I hope you’re well today!

There seem to be some styles missing. I checked the site and there are Mixed Content errors reported when browser tries to load some of Forminator related CSS files.

    Please do as follows:
    – go to “Settings -> General” page in site’s back-end
    – and make sure there that both “Site Address (URL)” and “WordPress Address (URL)” options are set to start with “https://” prefix and not just “http://” (this is required for complete and proper SSL configuration on site); if needed adjust them and save settings

    – after that clear all cache on site
    – go to your form and update it (just to re-save it)

    – then clear Astra caches and clear any other cache on site again.

This should fix mixed content errors and make form CSS load correctly so there’s a very good chance it will also fix the “visibility” of those checked radio buttons.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

    Hi @lisettejager

I hope you are doing well

It should be in the theme options: https://wpastra.com/docs/clear-astra-cache/
