If you check out line 211 of parser.php you will see that this character is handled as a non-breaker. I don’t know why it will break there.
Anyhow, the new version has an advanced set of options allowing you to modify parsing rules.

What you see is probably the result of cufon, please make sure it is disabled on translated languages and clear the auto-translation database
it is meaning : disabled Transposh WordPress Translation & delete it
& then install it?
No,
It means, disable Cufon, and go to the tools tab and use the delete database option
