Quote/Project Tracking

I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a way to turn WordPress into a simple quote/project tracking form. We’re a sales based company and we’re constantly sending out quotes, but it’s difficult to keep on top of these quotes and follow up with our customers.

I could really just do standard posts and attach quotes, using WordPress entries as temporary reminders of what is on the plate still, but I was wondering if there was something already existing that is more tailored to this specific purpose.
