Quote button to email form doesn’t send at all

I have a button on the link page above: “get a custom sofa quote” – which leads to the contact 7 form. But the form doesn’t send to either parties. I’ve tried to get help but no one is responding with practical help.

Here’s the c7 form:

I am very frustrated and hope I don’t have to give a bad review.

“The point of requesting a quote is so the customer can email the website to request the quote. BUT the email never gets sent to the customer, nor the website admin. Customer support doesn’t resolve the issue – no matter how many times you ask”
