 * I cant seem to find any extension/plugin for quotation marks, like seen here:

 * I search quotes, cite, quotation, but nothing! Surely, someone can post a link
   to such a plugin, please?

 * I think they created those quotation marks in a program like photoshop then just
   put the image code for it in their css within a blockquote.

 * search the plugins section for ‘pullquotes’ and search google for ‘wordpress 
   pullquotes’
    I know I’ve seen a writeup someplace about how to do them. it does
   involve a quote mark image and css, though there may be a plugin to make it easier.
   essentially, once you add the style for it in your stylesheet, all you have to
   do is wrap the text you want in that style.

 * pullquotes it is, I had to just get the name of them down, thanks…I found a plugin
