Quiz won’t load

    Hi, I’m trying to set up a quiz, but it only shows the start screen, and when I click on the start button, nothing happens (see https://www.xiangthink.com.cn/quiz). My website server is based in HK, I can load videos and other contents ok. I’ve tried some other quiz plugins and they all seem to have the same problem, quiz won’t load. I’ve got some website statistic trackers on my website, which I’ve tried deactivating to no effect. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Dear @johnnychao ,

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked your website and found out that you have a JavaSript error there. It interferes with the performance of our script and as the Start button runs via JavaScript, the error does not allow our script to function. The issue comes from the Download
    Video PopUp     plugin. Please contact the support of the plugin and ask to fix the issue.

    Hi, thank you for your advice! I’ll try deactivating the plugin and see if it works.

    Thank you, I’ve just tried deactivating the plugin and it worked!
