    Hi
    I want to post a quiz for users like have you watered the plants? Or have to fed the dog? And once they finish the survey they should be able to see all their unfinished tasks as a todo list based on the quiz! May be like pipe the answer to checklist from the quiz!

    However, you can create this type of quiz with WordPress Survey & Poll, displaying the results is a feature of the Premium version, called Modal Survey, that you can find here.
