Quiz/Test Plugin with Dynamic Result/Report Page

    Hi there!

    I hope this is the right forum to ask…
    I am desperately looking for a WordPress plugin to create tests/quizzes that allow for a dynamic results page which presents text dependent on complex formulas. So for example: “Show text block X if the score in category A is below 5 AND the score in category B above 10.”
    Maybe more general: I am looking for a plugin where people can answer pre-defined tests and obtain a personalized report dependent on their answer scores in several question categories. Any suggestions?
