Quiz not working properly

Hello,

I’ve uploaded my quiz as a widget on my left sidebar. It was working perfectly for about a month. However, yesterday I noticed that it will not display any content. It just shows “Your Score, Your Ranking.” I’ve tried to follow threads, updated the quiz, deleted it, reloaded it, deleted other plugins that I thought were interfering, etc., and nothing is working.

Any suggestions? Thank you so much.
