Quiz for Course not enabling the Completion to record

Hello,

I am having trouble with the Quiz part of the CoursePress. The Quiz itself comes up and you can enter the answer via the “Single Choice” element, but when you finish the Quiz and hit the “Done” button it does nothing. I have even tried to use the “Save & Return” link but it still does not save the answers.

This how I set it up the first time and it did not record the answers.
1) I downloaded the CoursePress Plugin.
2) After Successful Install I Activated the Plugin.
3) Then I went to the CoursePress and opened a New Course.
4) But I then had to turn around and go back and create Menu’s for it.
5) After creating the Menu’s I made a sample course to test out the system.
6) I then created some small content and added a photo to the Course.
7) Then I made a unit to check it out.

Once I setup the test one to see what it was like I decided to go ahead and make the Real Course. This is the Steps I took to make it.
1) I went to the Menu and added the Name “Introduction to Poker”
2) After that I return to the Create a Course and started the “Introduction to Poker” Course.
3) After creating the Course and adding the required information about the Course and details for it I saved it and continued.
4) I then proceeded to make the Units for the Course. At first I made the the Course Unit for “Basic Rules of Poker”
**This is the process used to create the unit**
1) I give the unit the Title and then clicked on “Text ” I then pasted all my Course information in it.
2) I then added the “Media” Picture for the Course.
3) Once I did that I Saved my work and moved on to the next part of this Unit.
4) I then clicked on “Single Choice” element and added my Quiz by pasting it in there. Then saved it and moved on to the next part.
5) I then went and clicked on “Media” and added a Video.

After saving all my work I realized i did not set the answers so I went back and added the “Answers” by using the “Set the Answer” link at the bottom. Once I Saved everything I did a Preview of the Unit. And everything looked good. So I made six more Units doing it the same way.

Once I made six units I decided to go do the Course myself to check the program out and make sure everything was set up and working correctly. Once I registered and began the Course with Unit Two “Basic Poker Rules” I noticed that the Quiz had actually over-run the Course information. So I had to go back and move the Video up one spot to make the Quiz Viewable without over running the text.

Then I noticed all my answers where showing up on the bottom of the Quiz. So I went back and removed the answers and recorded the answers on a Google Doc Sheet seperate fro mthe test. And Saved the Course and Units one more time.

After saving everything and moving it all around I had a final Unit reay to go. So I went ahead and started the Course by looking at the inforamtion then down to the Video, Then down to the Quiz. As I made it all one page. And took the Quiz then clicked on “Done” and nothing happened. So I clicked on the “Save & Return” button. The Course Program returned me to the Progress section and said I had to complete the Quiz before going to the next Unit. It kind of stumbled me so I went back and looked it over. And decided that I had not used the “Answer” element.

So I then went back and decided to use the “Answer” element for each Quiz question. And made a new one using it for all 10 Questions and even used the “Set the Answer” button. Once I made it back to the Quiz I seen it had the answers showing again so I removed the “Answers” again and Saved the Unit. Then went back and took the Quiz again and hit the “Done” button. Again nothing hapened and so I used the “Save & Return” link. But it did not save the Quiz answers and took me back to the Course page and Progress section.

So I went back and looked around to make sure I did not forgot to save something. And I could not find anywhere that said “enable” answer at end of Course. I tried to uncheck some of requirements and it still did not allow me to Save the answers for the Quiz.

I am cmpletely lost on it now. As I downloaded the shopping cart to go along with the CoursePress Plugin and now I cant seem to get it going. I made these Courses to be Free to get people in and then will work to add the Pro Version once I have enough students involved. So I am trying to fix the Free Version of CoursePress to include two Courses, one free and one paid one to cover the cost of Upgrading to the Pro Version.

So any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated. I am using “Writing Board Theme” by D5 Creation.
