    If I choose true or false I can’t insert the options: there is only the button “+Save answer” but I can’t write nor choose anything.

    I tried Chrome and Edge, same problem.

    Obviously LMS Tutor pro is update at the latest version.

    How can I fix it?

  • Hello @paroleinlinea,
    When you click on “save answer” it will create 2 options true & false then you can choose the right answer. These only 2 options needed nothing else. Since it’s true false type question you don’t need to insert any other options, true & false is the only needed options, isn’t it? If you want to insert options then please select single choice / multiple choice etc.

    I can’t set which is true and which is false. I can’t see anything. I don’t see any text. The same happens for the answer option: I can only see the coloured squared.

    So the problem is not that easy to fix. I have uploaded the SQL table as the Themeum guide but nothing.

    Hope you can help me to fix it.

    I’m presuming your database table prefix has been customized while installing WordPress. I’ve sent you an email from Themeum support team and shared an SQL file for you to import. This shall resolve the issue.

    I have a customized prefix, you are right.

    I have uploaded the SQL file in the database, but the problem is still there… I answered the email with two screenshots with the problem.

    I add a second reply to the topic because thanks to your previous reply I checked the names in the database.

    Actually, the tables of tutor LMS didn’t have the customized prefix. I added it and now I don’t have any database warning and the quiz works correctly.

    I write it here so that others can find the solution and ask you to consider this issue in the next update so that the plugin will install the tables correctly for all users, even the ones with customized table prefixes.
