Forminator isn’t really a “download control” plugin and doesn’t include any features to help with such kind of download. Currently such workflow can’t be set using Forminator only, I’m afraid – at least not without additional custom code and, most likely, additional plugin to control downloads.

While I’d love to give you a “ready to use” solution based on Forminator, I think for this case it’ll be honest to suggest some plugin such as e.g. free WordPress Download Manager or similar as a dedicated solution.

The Quiz wouldn’t have this kind of control and it would require some custom JS trying to manage your downloads on the fly or PHP code if it is after submit.

I would suggest trying the regular form and use the Email conditional to send the download link based on some specific rules but to a better control you would need to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/

I suppose you meant Forminator. Maybe you could try the suggested plugin by Patrick in the previous response? That’s using conditional emails by creating a regular form and send the desired link based on the selection to a page where you could apply such changes.

Other than that I’m afraid there isn’t much of a workaround that could be suggested at the moment.

I’m afraid, there aren’t any such plans at the moment. I’ll make sure to bring this ticket to our team’s attention to see whether there are any further improvements that could be looked at regarding this on the plugin side.
