Quirky getting ads to show and stop showing

I want a leaderboard ad to show after content, or even after a paragraph and it will not show no matter what I do. And that same ad was used in the footer but now we want it to be after 1st paragraph or after content. Can you please point me in the right direction. I don’t know what else I can tick on or off.
