Quicktags for plugins quit working

I have one of the Youtube plugins and popup-image plugin installed, and the quicktags that it adds to the editor quit working. I press it and wait and it does nothing! I was fooling around with the quicktags.js file to get the target=”” thing in my URL box and it was working fine this morning, then all of a sudden it just quit on me. Any suggestions as to what it might be?
