# Quicktag modification help

 * Ok, I’ve tried to do this on my own, and have failed miserably!
 * I really hate how the img and link quicktags lead to a prompt. I’d rather they
   function like the other tags (ie, when I click img, it’ll insert <img src=”” 
   alt=”” /> into the entry, and I can edit it from there).
 * How exactly do I get rid of the prompts and make them function like the others?
   I know it invloves the quicktags.js file, and I tried editing a few things, but
   I see now just how much of a javascript dunce I am.
 * I’d also like to get rid of the lookup button. How do I do that? (I can live 
   with it, but I’d rather fill up that space with tags I actually use because I
   HAVE figured out how to add buttons) 😛
