Quickpay auto captures (even when disabled)

    All new order are autocaptured on Quickpay even when set to only capture on Completion.

    It sounds a lot like you have a misconfiguration. Could you please send a screenshot of your settings (without sensitive information like merchant info, API and private key)?

    Ordrestatus: Behandler

    Order noteer:
    QuickPay: Betaling autoriseret. Transaktions ID: 123123123 (Real id replaced)

    Ordrestatus ændret fra Afventer betaling til Behandler.

    QuickPay: Betaling hævet.

    Hi Sofusg,

    Your payments are autocaptured because you’ve enabled it on physical products.

    To turn it off, go to the section ‘Autocapture-indstillinger’. Untick/disable “Fysiske produkter (Standard)”.
