I’m sorry to hear, though, that the setup didn’t feel more intuitive. One of the major goals of our WPForms Challenge (the wizard that guides you through first-time form creation) is specifically to help out brand new users — we want to make the process of creating that first form as easy as possible.
Any ideas you have to help us better achieve this goal are definitely appreciated! To help us with that, could you please let me know more about the points of confusion in this process?
For example — could you let me know what might have helped you feel more sure that each step was complete? Right now, we add a green checkbox and cross out the checklist item when you move to the next step (you can see an example in this screenshot). But it would be great to know any additional tips/guidance/indicators that you would have liked to see.
And for the embed step, as well — any specific things that you needed to do within this step, but felt unclear, would be super helpful for us to know.
