# Quick to respond

 * I had the occasion to need Icegram’s help. Using their contact link I described
   my problem and got a prompt email reply. Great support, even though I’m using
   their plugin for free. WOW!
 * BTW, their plugin works great too. My issue was not understanding how to set 
   up the plugin on a multi-site installation.
