# Quick Tags?

    are there any quicktags for “first name” etc? So I can start an email with
 * “Hi *FIRSTNAME*” or something like that?

 * You can use the SP button on the editor to add quick-tags. You will see them

 * ahhh. thanks, I really looke everywhere (in the HELP tab, your knowledge base,
   support forum, ….) but I did NOT look in the editor. haha.
 * Maybe a short hin somewhere would be useful.
