• I am having issues where attendees are booking the same seats and it is causing major problems, there seems to be no urgency from Themewinter to get this resolved. It is taking them over 24 hours for every reply. 1 week i have been having a problem and every time i go on the chat support they turn off the chat.

    First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced and completely understand how frustrating this issue has been for you.

    Please know that we never intentionally turn off chat when a customer is actively reaching out. If the chat was disconnected, it may have happened due to a technical glitch or by mistake, but we can assure you that it’s never done deliberately.

    Regarding support response times — we always aim to reply within 1 business day, and now, we respond within 6 hours (Expected), unless we’re handling an unusually high volume of tickets.

    As for the seat booking issue, we’re happy to let you know that our development team has already fixed it. The updated version with the fix is ready, and we’re working to release it as soon as possible.
