Quick Resolution to Issue – Great Customer Service!

I am new to using wordpress and ninja forms, and basically doing everything as I learn. I had an issue with the forms submission, searched for answers in the web but still unable to resolve by myself. I contacted support, and was amazed at how fast they answered. They asked me to send them the extracted files, and I also sent some screenshots. They emailed me the resolution very quickly and when I tried, it worked immediately. I was so relieved. Thank you so much for the quick response! It’s such a relief for newbies like me to find support quickly and effectively.
