# Quick question about creating a theme

 * I’m trying to set up a theme, and I am stuck on this in the header:
    `<link rel
   ="stylesheet" href="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_url'); ?>">` In the HTML file (
   I created a site using HTML, and referencing that) I have:
 *     ```
       <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/preloader.css">
           <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/style.css">
       ```
   
 * So what would I put for that?
