    Hello,

    I just installed this plugin (great btw). I am having an issue where, when I click on the category I don’t see the products on the page. Any idea what I can do? I checked the sticky message and I do not see the “front-page” option in the settings. Is that for PRO users only?

    Let me know please! I click the category, then nothing.

    Could you send us a screenshot where we can see the sticky message?

    we made a test on our installation and the filters seems to work fine.

    we used the default preset provided with our plugin and we tried filter the categories and works fine ( see the following screenshot )

    Could you please also provide me the page where you have the problem? In this way we can check it.

    Hey Carlos,

    Thanks for your response. The sticky message that says “The page doesn’t update after clicking on a filter” on this support forum is what I was referring to.

    Can I send you the link on Slack? I don’t want to post it publicly. I hope that’s fine.
