<strong>text</strong/>
The correct format is
<strong>text</strong>
The only time you need a / at the end of a tag is in xhtml, which requires that all elements be closed. So for tags such as br and link, you close then with a space and then a slash. They’re called self-closing tags. (Ex: <br /> or <link rel="..." title="..." href="..." />)
But i did use ‘/strong’!!!
i mean ive been blogging for months and i use the same format!

yup! the exact thing!
i dont get it…sometimes it works and other times it doesnt…like my quiz that i wrote..it worked
but when i want to bol just one sentance, it doesnt work ie. the closing tag removes itself O_O
sara – what plugins do you have activated?
Sara did you ever fix this problem. I seem to be having it also, but lately its started to just remove randomn close quicktags.
