If there was/is a security issue, then the version I released would also be impacted by the same issue.
I actually am no longer part of Richweb (I was hired away by one of their customers to do full time WP Dev work).
I could probably zip up the version I have and post a link to it, however, I know the folks that oversee the plugin repositories would give me an earful. Same with the moderators that keep an eye on the support threads (I’ve had a 1 star rating and a support post pulled previously, because of the mod team).
I also can confirm that my version has not been adjusted to work with the Gutenberg interface.

Thanks for the quick response and explanation Doug.
I think it may be time to just switch to a new redirect plugin then. Many thanks for your time.
No problem, @jbmaca!
The rest of this info is not directed to jbmaca, but for anyone else that needs it.
For anyone else considering reaching out to Richweb via email or their helpdesk, please don’t. As I’ve noted, I haven’t been with Richweb since February, 2019, and was the only one that was working on the RW version of the QP-PR plugin. Richweb Teamies have been requested to point you to this thread, and my reply to JBMaca.
There’s not a lot they can do for you, unless you become one of their customers (I guarantee you’re looking at ~10-30 hours of custom WordPress development if you want them to look into this plugin for you).
As noted by the top most post in the support area, Anadnet made an update and was supposed to be actively maintaining the plugin, so I pulled the RW version down, permanently.
I would like to re-emphasize my request that you do not contact Richweb via email, phone, social media or their helpdesk regarding this plugin.
Thanks!
