If you are facing multiple catalogs using this plugin, and on Pinterest, it is not being updated, then following the below steps will quickly fix it. You just need to disable the catalogs that you don’t want to include.

    1. Go to Catalogs on Pinterest, Right-click on the disabled button on your unwanted catalog and Click “Inspect”
    2. In your browser inspect section, Remove the “disabled” attribute by double clicking on it and then removing it
    3. Now, click on the catalog disble button, and it’ll pause the catalog

If you can’t do it, ask your developer or anybody who knows a little bit of HTML code. OR you can ask my favor as well, will happy to resolve it for you.

    Hope it helps.

    Best.

Marking it resolved as it is not a support question but rather a solution.

I have disabled the prodcut sync from the plugin but the feed is still showing active in my pinterest account and the ‘active’ button is greyed out. I am trying to use this procedure so I can deactivate the feed but I am not getting any result from removing the ‘disabled’ attribute. This is what I am doing:
    – in chrome right click on the ‘active; button and click inspect
    – removing the following code from elements window:
    <input class=”sAX MIw L4E e43 adn yQo” disabled=”” id=”switchIngestionPauseStatus” type=”checkbox” checked=””>

Nothing happened and the checkbox was still greyed out. Could not figure out how to edit on the styles window since it would not allow me to change anything.

Can someone please provide a more detailed solution before I lose verified status with pinterest?

    Hye @e4deal,

Try to click on it, even if it still shows grayed one, it’ll work. I just checked it again.

If you can’t do it, I can help you on a zoom session. just let me know by email (rizatphara at gmail).

    Hey @mehranattari

I am having the same issue, when I delete that code from the elements window, it isn’t changing anything with the toggle. Are you able to help me?

    Thanks,
    Ashleigh

    Hey @ashcoll

You need to click on the toggle after following the first 2 steps.
