# Quick Editor Question

 * I’m in the process of editing the css on my site and I’m finding the editor to
   be a pain in the ass. Everytime I click the “update file” button it pulls the
   curser to the top of the page, so then i have to scroll all the way down and 
   find my place again. Is there an easy way to change this so it remains in the
   position I was previously editing?

 * I have no idea, but it’s much easier to edit CSS externally in a code editor 
   and then use FTP to upload it. Depending on which editor you use, you’ll have
   added features like syntax highlighting and auto-complete, too.

 * p.s. not only that, but you’ll always have a local backup copy of your file should
   something go awry on your server.
