# Quick edit showing wrong parent

 * My install has recently begun to show the wrong parent in the quick edit feature.
 * It shows correctly in the full ‘edit post’ screen.
 * When setting correctly in the main ‘edit post’ screen, the quick edit still shows
   the incorrect parent.

 * Seems the issue is triggered by code used to provide a fix for private pages 
   not being available to select as parents:
