Hello,
Are you editing products individually by clicking Quick Edit?

If quick-editing a product affects other products, you’ll first want to do a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict.
To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Hi there
Thanks for the reply.
Yes I do the edit on individual products, when I set the one to hidden and out of stock and move on to the next product it is already set as hidden and out of stock even though I just want to change the price , the only way to correct it is to refresh the page.
I did try and disable all the plugins and switch the theme back to storefront for a test, but it didnt work, ill give it another go and try the conflict resolution.
thanks for the feed back so far.
Hi there 👋
Please keep us posted, we will be more than happy to help moving forward. 🙂
Cheers.
Hi there
Still not coming right, very frustrating, scratching head
Hi @victorendsfield
Could you check with your web host to see if they are caching the site at a server level? If so, clearing the cache might help solve the issue.
If that doesn’t help, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
function wpb_woo_my_account_order()
{ $myorder = array(
‘dashboard’ => __( ‘Accountoverzicht’, ‘woocommerce’
), ‘orders’ => __( ‘Bestellingen’, ‘woocommerce’ ),
‘facturen’ => __( ‘Facturen’, ‘woocommerce’ ),
‘verlanglijst’ => __( ‘Favorieten’, ‘woocommerce’ ),
‘edit-account’ => __( ‘Gegevens’, ‘woocommerce’ ),
‘edit-address’
=> __( ‘Adres’, ‘woocommerce’ ), ‘customer-logout’ => __( ‘Uitloggen’, ‘woocommerce’ ),
);
maykato (@maykato) any way to get hold off privately?
Hi @victorendsfield,
For WooCommerce core queries, we can only support directly on the forum.
Just to mention, if you’d rather not post your System Status here, it’s still okay to paste it somewhere else and share with us a link to it. For instance, you can use https://pastebin.com/.
We’ll be happy to assist further.
Thanks.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
