    Today I had an issue activating the PRO license. I reached out to support and they provided quick and easy assistance to resolve the issue.

    There was a conflict that the current PRO plugin version installed on the site was up-to-date. The license would not activate as a result.

    Once I downloaded the current PRO version from the Essential Addons account page, I installed it and the issue went away.

    Florence, the support representative, was fast and efficient with assistance!
