# Quick CSS question

 * I’m finalizing this theme’s design at:

 * For some reason, in Internet Explorer there’s a space between the yellow navigation
   pill and the top header image. In FireFox, it looks fine. I’ve attached a picture
   of the problem at:

 * Any ideas?

 * IE is the worst browser used today, but as long as people keep surfing with it
   microsoft has no reason to make it work better. It sounds like you might have
   the IE 3px bug. See if [this](http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer/threepxtest.html)
   helps, if not check [here](http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer.html)
   for other IE only bugs.

 * Rather than blame it on the browser look at your code first. If you use correct
   urls for your images they will contain complete information like width=”763″ 
   height=”103″ which will assist the browser in correctly displaying graphics.
 * Your code does not [validate](http://validator.w3.org/). Making sure your code
   and css validates will take care of many browser problems.
