 * There was a conflict between an older version of htmlpurifier included in the
   Excel Export plugin and a newer version in CiviCRM on our site that was creating
   nonstop bug reports. I submitted a ticket and got a very helpful response within
   a day and within two days the issue was resolved and the plugin is functioning
   without problem.
