I’ve been using this plugin for about a year on a couple of sites, it makes using your own custom short domain a breeze with WP — you can automatically generate shortlinks for your new posts, and pulls the click count for your shortened link into your “Posts” list for you to quickly see how often a shortlink has been clicked. I also added a “Shortlink” menu to the admin toolbar so you can get the shortlink while viewing / previewing posts or share it to Twitter / Buffer.
